Meerut Kidney Hospital provides medical services including but not limited to:

3. Appointments and Scheduling

3.1. Patients must schedule appointments in advance unless seeking emergency care.

3.2. We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3.3. Arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time is recommended for registration and preliminary procedures.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

4.2. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and approved insurance plans.

4.3. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses.

4.4. Outstanding balances must be paid within 30 days unless a payment plan has been arranged.

5. Patient Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete medical history
  • Follow treatment plans and medical advice
  • Respect hospital staff and other patients
  • Comply with hospital policies and procedures
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Inform us of any changes in contact or insurance information

6. Hospital Rights

6.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate reasons.

6.2. We may modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

7. Emergency Services

In case of medical emergencies, the hospital will provide necessary immediate care regardless of the patient's ability to pay, in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Liability Limitations

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
